Horchata de Ajonjoli (Sesame Seed Drink)

Ingredients:
2 cups sesame seeds
2 cups water at room temperature
4 cups warm water
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Allow the seeds to soak in room temperature water for 4 hours. Strain.
Grind the seeds until they have become a very fine powder.
A food processor or even a coffee grinder can be used.
Add 4 cups of warm water and mix well ( I use the blender at this point).
Strain again. Add sugar to sweeten. Chill before
