Refresco de Pajuil (Cashew Fruit Juice)

1 cup Cashew Fruit, ripened, chopped
1 cup mango, not too ripe, a little on the green side, chopped
1 cup water
1 cup crushed ice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup Sugar*

Puree in blender until smooth
* agave nectar or sugar syrup can be used in place of sugar
