Salsa de Sofrito (Sofrito Dipping Sauce)

Servings 1/3 cup

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon corn oil
2 tablespoons Basic Recaito
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon ketchup   

Directions:
1 Heat the oil. Add the remaining ingredients and saute lightly over medium heat for 3
minutes.
